I Can... Summer Basketball Camp

Get ready for our annual "I Can... Summer Camp" 2022!

This is a camp you will not want to miss. We utilize this camp to hone in on the skill sets a basketball player needs to develop in order to be a leader on and off the court.

Camp Details:

When: June 6th, 7th, and 8th

Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Where: Coldwater Recreation Center, 1776 Heritage Park Drive, Coldwater, MI 49036

Grades: 3rd-11th

What to expect:

-Skill development such as, ball-control, shooting, passing, creativity, and defense.

-Speed & agility, hand-eye coordination, footwork, and change of direction.

-Leadership activities involving communication, critical thinking, listening, and team development.

-Goal setting including S.M.A.R.T Goals.

-League play.

-Athletes are split by grade and skill level throughout camp.

-A detailed camp outline will be provided closer to the start of camp.

What is included:

-A free camp jersey! (No more used pinnies!)

-Free lunch ,

-Opportunity to win prizes daily as well as an MVP game ball at the end of camp.

What to bring:

-Snacks! Every camp our athletes get hungry. Provide easy snacks for them to enjoy during breaks.

-A refillable water bottle. The Rec has a water fountain, please provide a water bottle for your athlete to use daily.

-Gym clothes,

Things to keep in mind:

-If your child has dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact info@truthsports.us so we can confirm if they will need a packed lunch different from what we provide.

-Your athlete does not need to bring their own basketball. However, if they choose to, please make sure it is labeled so that the ball is not lost. Also keep in mind there will be many athletes in attendance and misplacement is still possible regardless.
